BEGINNING SPINNING SEMINAR - Past Event
Our Beginning Spinning seminar was a great success! Everyone first learned to spin on a spindle to get a feel for the drafting and twist needed to make hand spun yarn. The progression to the spinning wheel was a challenge, but gave us all a good start and feel for the basics. Instructor Wini Labrecque presented all of the info in a relaxed, easily understood manner that all of us could absorb, and that made for an enjoyable afternoon that passed all too quickly.
