Beginner Spinning Seminar

Our Beginning Spinning seminar was a great success!  Everyone first learned to spin on a spindle to get a feel for the drafting and twist needed to make hand spun yarn.  The progression to the spinning wheel was a challenge, but gave us all a good start and feel for the basics.  Instructor Wini Labrecque presented all of the info in a relaxed, easily understood manner that all of us could absorb, and that made for an enjoyable afternoon that passed all too quickly.

If you missed the November seminar, but still have an interest in attending a Beginning Spinning workshop, please let us know ASAP as we will likely be scheduling another.
